Work in Progress (WiP) Symposium

The Work-in-Progress (WiP) session gives its participants an opportunity to present and discuss new challenges and visions based on emerging results and bring about novel research questions, approaches, and directions to the community. The researchers get feedback on thought provoking ideas useful for their future results directions. All selected papers in this session will be selected of Work in Progress (WIP) session for short presentation.

PhD Symposium

The doctoral symposium will provide PhD students working in all areas of Computing with an opportunity to interact with renowned and experienced researchers in the field, and discuss with them about their ongoing research in their areas. The doctoral Symposium also aims at establishing a collaborative worldwide community of doctoral students working on the subject, and promoting social and intellectual interactions among students and researchers from academia and industry. The PhD students are invited to send a short paper related to their ongoing research.

Poster Session

Authors from academia and industry are invited to submit posters for the NCETC'19 Poster Session. The aim of the poster session is to share the innovative and novel aspects of technology and applications particularly in the broader fields of Computer Engineering. The poster review committee will review all the submissions and inform the authors about the poster acceptance. The committee will also select the best posters during the poster presentation/display session based on the following criteria:

  • Motivation & attention from the audience
  • High scientific quality
  • Clarity and simplicity
